Here’s what to expect from this exciting new version:

AI Agent: More Than Chat

With our AI Agent, you can replace your ChatGPT subscription and use our AI chat. But this isn’t just about chatting—Assista takes the context of your conversations and turns it into actions.

For example:

• You can have a thread to craft a marketing strategy and then use our actions to send the strategy on Gmail or save it in a Notion Page.
• Use the chat to craft a list of tasks for your project, and then use Asana, Trello, or Linear to update and assign those tasks directly from chat.

The use cases are many, and we’re excited for you to test it out and discover creative ways to use Assista. With over 33 app integrations, all you need is a little creativity to see how we can best help you.

Hybrid Knowledge Base: Smarter Information Retrieval

Upload local documents or connect your Google Drive, and our chat will quickly search and retrieve important information for you.

We’ve implemented a RAG hybrid technique, ensuring very high accuracy in the responses.

Example use case:

1. Search for: “Go-To-Market strategy of Assista AI.”
2. Send email: Take the retrieved strategy and send it directly to sequoia@investor.com.

And just like that, you’ve completed a key task in seconds!

AI Notetaker Assistant: Meeting Insights, Actionable Follow-Ups

Our notetaker does more than summarize. Sure, you’ll get meeting summaries, key insights, and extracted information, but we’ve added a twist: Assista creates actions for you within your connected apps.

Example use case:
Your colleague Anton says, “Paul, you have to send an email to Alex asking him about the Stripe implementation progress.”

By the end of the meeting, Assista creates an action:
[Send Email] to alex@assista.us: Ask him about the Stripe integration.

All you need to do is approve it, and we’ll draft and send the email on your behalf. Pretty cool, right?

Notifications Center: All Your Notifications in One Place

We bring together notifications from Gmail, Slack, Discord, Notion, and Linear, summarizing them for you in one notification center.

From here, you can view the entire message and reply contextually.

Example use case:
You get a boring, long email from a marketing agency selling outreach services (you’ve received these too, we know). From our dashboard, you can simply reply with “No,” and we’ll craft a professional response like this:

“Hey MarketingAgency, we’ve reviewed your offer, but it’s not a fit for us at this time. Best regards, Paul.”
